* New upstream release.
+ Add /sbin and /usr/sbin to PATH when root.
+ Remove various GNUisms used in fish's shellscripts.
+ Fix an infinite loop in the source builtin.
+ Updated prompt_pwd to shorten long paths by displaying only
the first character of the shortened directories.
