     - 20_session_error
new: When mounts fail the session should indicate error. Otherwise
a $HOME volume mount with a "required" entry in the PAM config

       could not be mounted.
     - 21_pmdebug
new: Rename Debug -> PMDebug to avoid crash when using with xdm.
