* New upstream release
* removed some more make targets that should be irrelevant outside of SAP
* cleanup work to make code compile with gcc-4.0
* updated to latest policy (3.6.2, no changes necessary)
* build-depend on at least gcc 4:4.0 due to ABI changes
* build-depend on at least gcc 4:4.0.0-2 because of compiler problems
with earlier package versions
* added missing dependency on libxml-parser-perl
