     suggested by Joey Hess.

   * Update to CVS 2005-08-05:
     + localedata/locales/en_US: Remove duplicate am_pn entry.
     + localedata/locales/hu_HU: Better collation.
     + localedata/locales/vi_VN: Update locale.
     + po/zh_TW.po: Update.
 .
   * Removed patch:
     + fix_en_US_remove_duplicate_ampm.diff
       This patch is now included in CVS upstream.

   * Modified patch:
     + bz448_update_vi_VN.diff
       Upstream included a wrong fix, our current vi_VN is kept.
 .
   * New patches:
     + fix_et_EE_encoding.diff
       As explained by Martin-Ã?ric Racine <q-funk at iki fi> at Debconf5,
       Estonian can not be written in ISO-8859-1 encoding.  Indeed the
       initial et_EE locale file clearly states that s-caron is a letter
       of the Estonian alphabet.
       Upstream GNU libc developers refused to fix its encoding, but as
       no Estonian speaking people uses et_EE locale, there is no
       compatibility problem.  The et_EE.ISO-8859-15 locale is not
       dropped yet, to keep compatibility with the locales package.
     + bz1170_update_ne_NP.diff
       Fix LC_COLLATE, LC_MONETARY and LC_TIME.  Patch provided by
       Paras pradhan <pradhanparas at gmail com>.
