   * New upstream version 3.54.
     - Corrects a segmentation fault (Closes: #315462).
   * No longer depends on xterm because interal emx editor is now used.
   * Upgrade to Standards-Version 3.6.2:
     - Install emx (external editor for manual viewing) into
       /usr/lib/sunclock (instead of /usr/bin).
   * Add build depenency on libselinux1-dev until xutil is fixed to build
     packages without HasSELinux again :-(
