   * Snapshot from upstream SVN r433. Needed packaging changes, so I went
     ahead and redid the packaging with cdbs.
   * Run ferm unit tests during build.
   * Provide an ifupdown pre-up hook that loads /etc/network/rules.ferm
     (Closes: #110928).
   * Upstream changes relevant to bugs:
     - Quoted comma-separated lists seem to work again (Closes: #241886).
     - The new "def $VAR = `shell-command`" syntax seems to fit this
       wishlist bug (Closes: #117730).
     - Undefined variable references cause errors now (Closes: #271965).
     - Support for multiport module (Closes: #252034).
     - Include command (Closes: #207505).
   * Bump standards-version to 3.6.1
