* New upstream version (see upstream ChangeLog more changes,
the following only lists issues reported by Debian users/developers):
- splitting a single file into multiple files while keeping
the original no longer causes tla to panic. Closes: #306560
- support for partial mirroring, and --ids-from to import existing
working trees
- LC_ALL=C to enable parseable svn output (thanks to Tollef Fog Heen)
* datefudge dependency changed to Recommends to match upstream
* changed to Depend on tla _or_ bazaar to match upstream
