   * Upgrade to GNU libc 2.3.4.
     There is no upstream change since all previous CVS commits had been
     included, the only difference stands in the revision number.
   * Add new MANIFEST.belocs-locales-data and README.belocs-locales-data
     files to the original tarball to better explain how it is built.
   * Add the po/ directory so that this package ships compiled libc.mo
     files, which are currently provided by the locales package.
     Update description in debian/control accordingly.
   * New patches:
     + new_dz_BT.diff
       Add new dz_BT locale (Dzongkha language for Buthan).  This locale
       was sent to BZ368, but collation rules have been rewritten by
       Denis Barbier.
     + bz297_fix_date_fmt_fi_FI.diff
       Fix date_fmt, patch provided by Lauri Nurmi <lanurmi at iki fi>.
     + bz657_update_bn_BD.diff
       Updated version by Jamil Ahmed <jamil at bengalinux org>.

       Likewise for da_DK, en_CA, es_US, fi_FI and nb_NO.

     + include_iso14651_t1_others.diff
       Likewise for cs_CZ, et_EE, hr_HR, lt_LT, pl_PL and sl_SI.
       These locales need toggles in iso14651_t1 file, so this file
       is modified and belocs-locales-data has to depend on a recent
       belocs-locales-bin.
   * Eventually swap dependency between belocs-locales-bin and
     belocs-locales-data, since the latter do not work any more with
     plain localedef.  Now belocs-locales-data depends on
     belocs-locales-bin (>= 2.3.3-13).
   * Remove debian/TODO

   * debian/control:  Improve description.
   * Set email address to belocs-locales-data@packages.debian.org in
     all locales so that bugs with our patches are reported to the BTS
     and not to upstream Bugzilla.
   * debian/rules: dpkg-source does not remove files which have been
     removed from original tarball, so remove them in debian/rules.
   * New patches:
     + bts271549_new_mg_MG.diff
       Add new mg_MG locale (Malagasy language for Madagascar) provided by
       Christian Perrier <bubulle at debian org> and Jaonary Rabarisoa
       <jaonary at ifrance com>.

       Add new wo_SN locale (Wolof language for Senegal) provided by
       Christian Perrier <bubulle at debian org> and Samba Ndao Diop
