* debian/control: According to linda, the Build-Depends-Indep versioned
dependency on debhelper has to be set >= 4.1.0.
* debian/postinst: If a locale is duplicated in /etc/locale.gen, it was
duplicated again when running postinst and eventually /etc/locale.gen
becomes bigger and bigger everytime postinst is run. See #271526
* New patch:

Ensure that all locales listed in SUPPORTED have a UTF-8 variant.

* Updated to CVS 2005/03/03, the only visible changes are the addition
of po/ru.po and changes in po/tr.po
* Get Polish translation of debconf templates by Emilian Nowak
sent to the locales package (bts #294444).
* Fix po/es.po, this file was not the latest one found in CVS.
* New patches:

+ fix_om_ET.diff
om_ET has two copy in its LC_COLLATE definition. This should not
happen, but works with vanilla localedef because the first copy
is handled in a special way. Unfortunately this special way had
been disabled for belocs-locales-bin in order to prevent problems
with cache. So om_ET needs to be patched in order to compile with
localedef from belocs-locales-bin.

Rename eo_XX.ISO-8859-3 into eo_XX, ISO-8859-3 seems to be the

belocs-locales-data (2.3.4-1) unstable; urgency=low
.
* Upgrade to GNU libc 2.3.4.
There is no upstream change since all previous CVS commits had been
included, the only difference stands in the revision number.
* Add new MANIFEST.belocs-locales-data and README.belocs-locales-data
files to the original tarball to better explain how it is built.
* Add the po/ directory so that this package ships compiled libc.mo
files, which are currently provided by the locales package.
Update description in debian/control accordingly.

Add new dz_BT locale (Dzongkha language for Buthan). This locale
was sent to BZ368, but collation rules have been rewritten by
Denis Barbier.

These locales need toggles in iso14651_t1 file, so this file
is modified and belocs-locales-data has to depend on a recent
belocs-locales-bin.
* Eventually swap dependency between belocs-locales-bin and
belocs-locales-data, since the latter do not work any more with
plain localedef. Now belocs-locales-data depends on
belocs-locales-bin (>= 2.3.3-13).
