* SECURITY: Changed to chattr +t as it is not the same as chmod +t.
E2fsprogs is an essential package so no dependency is needed. Chattr +t
will work on all filesystems that implement xattrs.
* Clarified the README.Debian file on the security measures.
* Merged a fix from CVS to let vserver script return proper exitcode.
Closes: #275528.
* Documented the symlink attack fix.
* Updated the description to point to www.linux-vserver.org instead of
www.linux-vserver.de.
