around GCC bug #18577, and fixes SIGFPEs when playing MP3s on alpha.

* debian/rules: --enable-3Dnow is now --enable-simd.

* Added gcc 4.0 build fix from Falk Hueffner. (Closes: #282345)
* Added lintian source overrides for errors introduced by non-Linux build
fix back in 1.2.10-1.1.
