Users will need to use dnsutils' nsupdate if using bind9 instead
of bind. (Closes: #114816)
* Cron definitions now check for the existance of the binaries before
trying to run them (Closes: #99174, #151814)
* Proper fix for #86734 by providing different definitions of NDC in
the configuration file and using those (or bind8's default) in ndc.cron.pl
Also removed the (unneeded) bind9 dependancy and added dnsutils there
(since dnsutil's nsupdate can be used instead and bind9 does not provide
that binary)
* Abort if the leases file is not available or if the environment
has not been properly setup in ddns.pl
* Added new location to debian/copyright, even if there is a 0.70, I'm
not considering upgrading to that new upstream version since the
software is no longer maintained (this package should probably be
removed post-sarge in any case)
