   * Colin Watson
     - Make the po build system cope if files aren't world-executable.
     - Cope with the case that the LANG= line in /etc/default/gdm is
       commented out.
     - lib/menu/finish: Fix "/etc/environmment" typos.
   * Joey Hess
     - apt-setup: Remove a duplicate proxy question that bubulle accidentially
       added a while ago.
     - Add base-config/late_command, which is a command to run at the end of
       base-config, for use as a hook when preseeding. I left out any warning
       dialog if this command fails, to avoid adding new strings at this point.
     - Also base-config/early_command, run before the welcome dialog.
     - Fix seen flag abuse, don't unset seen flags until after asking
       questions, to allow for preseeding.
     - In tzsetup and apt-setup, rather than fixing general seen flag abuse,
       add a hack; a special command line flag that base-config passes on
       new installs, that makes them avoid unsetting seen flags then. This
       was done because fixing it right involves too much work..
     - Avoid most db_setting that would break preseeding, at least if -N
       is passed.
     - Fix force setting of DEBIAN_FRONTEND for crap postinst scripts that
       check it. Broken since 2003!

     - CP1251 support in termwrap.
