   * Build against firebird2 libs. Firebird1 is no longer in sarge
     and there would be no way of rebuilding. Closes: #268931
   * Added shlibs.local and depend on libfirebird2 to prevent silent
     breaking with firebird1
   * Build-Conflicts with firebird-dev
   * Documenting the situation in README.Debian
   * The package is also configuring apache2 and cli SAPI now.
   * lintian override in rules changed from php4-pgsql to php4-interbase
   * Started using phpize in the build system
