* rules: replace use of -F flag in call to 'file' by -F flag in call to
'awk', thanks to Norbert Tretkowski (Closes: #258625).
* copy iprofile to devtools directory to allow use of unpatched
installtools.pl in maxdb package
* put all archives twice on the command line during linking of
executables to avoid unresolved symbols due to bad link order; this
was necessary due to the changes to the build process of the MaxDB
packages to create proper shared lib packages
* Bug fix: "maxdb-buildtools: Not using -fPIC to create shared libs.",
thanks to Kurt Roeckx (Closes: #262736).
* fix non-standard file and directory permissions
