- Do not add security.debian.org to sources.list if testing is being
installed. Besides not offering security updates for testing, the
packages on that site can have Task fields that pull them into tasks,
and break the task installation, because other packages from stable are
not available.
* Recai Oktas (commited and tested by Christian Perrier)
- Uses configured language even when locales have already been
generated by a previous, interrupted, run of termwrap
