   * 0-day NMU from the Minneapolis BSP
   * Daemonize is a BAD option as stated by the INSTALL document.
     The default option is to NOT use daemonize. Using start-stop-daemon to
     place the mudbin in the background.  Closes: #172566
   * Patched src/mud.cpp to assume that if no game data is initially found upon
     startup that it IS the first time it has been executed.  Allow the server
     to bootstrap the initial startup.
   * Included useful documentation from upstream source.
