liblocale-maketext-lexicon-perl (>=0.32), libdbix-searchbuilder-perl
(>= 0.94), libtext-quoted-perl (>= 1.3), libstorable-perl (>= 2.08)
and libdbi-perl (>= 1.37).
* Added new dependency on libscalar-list-utils-perl.
* Added notes to NEWS.Debian about changes to database schemas to
improve performance, noting, in particular the PostgreSQL changes.
* Small change to postinst to echo a visual reminder that the web server
usually needs restarting when using mod_perl 1 or 2.
* Added notes about upgrading from RT2 to RT3 to README.Debian.
* Added note about not editing RT_Config.pm to README.Debian.
* Altered reportbug script to make things clearer when it does its
checks.
* Updated our dependency on libexception-class-perl to >= 1.14-1 to make
sure HTML::Mason will actually work, closes: #221515.
* Added notes to README.Debian about what to do if you want to use a
hierarchy for your customised libs, mason, etc., but your /usr/local
is mounted read-only.
