* refresh more automake files: "aclocal; automake; autoconf" to avoid
version mismatch (closes:Bug#190420)
* src/Makefile.am: delete from bin_PROGRAMS: pslogin copydir recursdir,
because they are not actually binaries (just symlinks to mirrordir).
Similarly, add those symlinks to mostlyclean-local, and
uninstall-local, and delete the null rules for building pslogin.o,
etc.
* control: updated to policy 3.6.1
* disabled "--backup-outdate" option because it's buggy (see bug#157970)
* copyright: noted new upstream location (closes:Bug#199455)
