* Build with gcc-3.3.1 instead of 2.95. Hopefully this
works and let it build on hppa and ia64 again. Bug #203071
* Fixed typo in preinst comment. Closes: #202287
* Added check for ip_forward=1.
* Fixed logfile permissions.
* Now compiles with "--enable-rtadv".
* Thanks to Hasso Tepper for the suggestions.
* Now clearing all old "proto zebra" routes in the kernel routing table
before (re)starting the servers.
* The "vtysh_enable" option went from /etc/default/zebra-pj to the already
existing /etc/zebra-pj/daemons file because admins will configure that
anyway and may overlook the /etc/default file.
