* Don't HTML-encode titles and abstracts for dwww, since >= 1.9.0 does
that for us. Instead, simply escape '"' as '\"' (closes: #184329).
* Change naming scheme for menu entry identifiers to avoid duplicate
entries for the VPN-HOWTO and VPN (a former mini-HOWTO). The entries
referring to non-existent files are already gone (closes: #184330).
