 aleph (0.8.2-2) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * Updated debian/rules handling of DEB_BUILD_OPTION to handle noopt,
     and drop `debug'.
   * Converted changelog to UTF-8.
   * Now compliant to Standards-Version: 3.6.0.
   * Build fully dynamic executables for all debian-supported
     architectures except s390 which still has a broken c++ compiler.
   * Update README.Debian with lists of Debian arches where aleph is known
     to work well. Summary: s390 is broken, untested: mipsel, hurd-i386 and
     sh. The rest: no problem whatsoever.
   * Fix races in internal mutexes allocation and deallocation.
   * Make betwork testsuite use transient ports.
   * Allow use of transient port (port == 0) for Multicast sockets.
   * Fix off-by-1 error in Buffer.cpp.
   * Fixed a bunch of memory allocation problems in src/lib/net/lib.
