* Change maintainer e-mail
* New upstream makes it possible to keep per-host configuration files in
/etc/newsx instead of mangled in the in.hosts-directory, together with the
fact that the wrapper script does not specify --inhosts anymore this
fixes both issues ot this (Closes: #177884) bugreport.
* Use debhelper v4 mode.
* standards-version 3.5.10 (changed compilation options.)
* Use /var/run/newsx for locks (simplifies wrapper script.)
* --with-newsinclude=/usr/include/inn for inn2.4 compatibility
