* src/mirrordir.c: --careful option halts immediately in case of error
(Closes:bug#177759) Ari Mujunen <amn@kurp.hut.fi> suggested this as
a workaround. A better fix, as he states, would be to "continue after
errors but treat I/O error files/directories as 'do not touch' in
target".
* src/Makefile.am: eliminate bin_PROGRAMS entries for pslogin,
recursdir, and copydir. Install the symlinks for those names in the
staging area. Eliminate other commands related to those entries, to
fix a libtool problem.
* pam/secure-mcserv: use pam_unix.so instead of deprecated pam_pwdb.so

* refresh automake files so package builds with automake 1.7 (thanks to
