* Petter Reinholdtsen
- Move the active parts of postinst script into prebaseconfig.d
directory.
- Only create /target/etc/hostname, /target/etc/hosts and
/target/etc/network/interfaces if they are missing. This should
avoid overwriting the config generated by netcfg.
- Removed CDROM eject call as it is now done by cdrom-detect udeb.

- Enable serial console inittab munging for everyone.
