* debian/postinst:
+ Use $conf throughout.
+ Make getvar() return *UNSET* when variable does not occur (not only
when freenet.conf is missing).
+ Do not insert "new" settings if the setting is set to a null string,
only if it is really *UNSET* (i.e. absent).
+ Multiply announcementDelay only if it seems too low (< 1 min)
+ The config upgrader sections should not be elifs since more than one
can apply.
+ Carry fproxy.params.* settings over to mainport.
* src/freenet/client/AbstractClientKey.java: add all missing abstract
declarations (these broke inserting).
