     + There is a viable stable branch now, update description.

     + Depend on debconf version whose dpgk-reconfigure properly stops the
       daemon [lintian].
   * README.Debian:
     + Forgot to update the minimum store size here.
     + Mention current problems with kaffe.
     + Talk about the alternative package.
   * freenet.conf:
     + Removed: announcementDelay, announcementDelayBase, nodestatus.*.
     + New: announcementUseRT, doLoadBalance, localIsOk, dontLimitClients,
       mainportURIOverride, distributionURIOverride, doRequestTriageByDelay,
       overloadLow, overloadHigh, requestDelayCutoff, successfulDelayCutoff,
       mainportURIOverride.
     + Comment updates.
   * freenet.conf, postinst:
     + Changed defaults of: rtMaxRefs, rtMaxNodes, announcementAttempts,
       hopTimeExpected.
     + Renamed announcementPeers to announcementHTL.
     + New parameter publicNode, set from debconf.
     + New distribution service, coming with some parameters.
   * postinst:
     + No need to frob nodeinfo.class any more.
   * templates, config, postinst: The variable in the "reuse" question has
     been renamed from "pkg" to "altpkg" to match its usage.
   * config, templates:
     + nodestatus service is included in mainport now, not switchable seperately.
     + Add distribution service.
     + Configure new publicNode parameter.
   * templates: Rewrite "reuse" question.
   * dirs, rules:
     + Create /var/lib/freenet-unstable/distrib and populate it with a link to
       the jar.
   * rules, init, fstool: Omit version from our jar's name.
