   * "The Fellowship of the Ring" release.
   * New CVS snapshot (build 627).
     + Do not reseed when we have a perfectly good routing table.
     + Shorter startup time.
     + Most of my earlier patches were incorporated.
   * Conflict with freenet, the stable branch.
   * This release does not compile with free tools. Moved to contrib.
   * It runs with kaffe, but j2re1.3 works definitely better.
   * templates, freenet.conf: Smallest recommended store size is now 256
     MB, so raise the default to that.
   * README.debian:
     + Explain the above.
       ! N.B.: read this if you're using a store smaller than 256 MB (e.g.
       ! the old default of 100 MB)
     + Include Greg Wooledge's seednode URL.
     + Fix freenetproject seednode URL (closes: #166666).
   * Update seedNodes.dist (closes: #165132).
   * debian/rules: export $JAR
   * debian/freenet.conf:
     + Removed obsolete mainport.params.servlet.1.params.tempDir, FECTempDir
     + Added tempDir pointing to a non-shared dir
     + Changed defaults and added comments for connectionTimeout,
       hopTimeExpected, hopTimeDeviation.
     + Mention in storeFile comment that native will ignore all but the
       first element.
     + Added routingDir, fcpHosts.
   * debian/config:
     + Only randomise port if there's no debconf value yet.
     + If freenet-unstable was installed before, offer to reuse the old
       config and store. In this case massage the config with sed.
   * debian/postinst:
     + If reuse of freenet-unstable's store is desired, move it over to the
       new default location.
     + If we were not installed before but freenet was, consider its
       version for config upgrading purposes.
     + Conditionally add routingDir, fcpHosts to config.
     + Don't add FECTempDir or mainport.params.servlet.1.params.tempDir any
       longer.
     + Add tempDir, possibly initialised to FECTempDir's or
       mainport.params.servlet.1.params.tempDir's value
   * debian/init:
     + Don't touch seedNodes file if nothing has changed.
     + Put onionnetworks-fec.jar in CLASSPATH if it exists.
     + Prefer /usr/lib/j2re1.3/bin/java to /usr/bin/java if it exists.
   * Modernised seedNodes.dist.
