* Updated to Standards: 3.5.8.0
* Use /etc/default/geneweb instead of /etc/geneweb/genewebrc for
PORT and LANG setup. Policy 10.3.2. Conffiles list updated
accordingly. Prerm script also.
* Cosmetic changes to init script output. Policy 10.4
* Correction to logrotate entry : the option "reload" does not
exist in the init script. Use "force-reload" instead.
* Try to remove log files when purging. Policy 11.8
* Move the check of /var/lib/geneweb permissions and owner
back to the configure stage. (Closes: #171570). I cannot
really deal with users messing up with permissions to that point.
