* Added a Pspell-Ispell field to ifaroese.info-ispell file with contents
'fo iso8859-1'. Since we use installdeb-ispell this will autogenerate
the appropiate pspell-ispell pwli files.

dictionaries and wordlists. See the policy document for more details
about the changes done. Removed {i,w]faroese.{prerm,postinst} and

adapted. The Casechars and Non-Casechars emacsen entries need to
be revised to have the right values for faroese.

control file, so bugs against this experimental package are sent to me.
- Added a note about the experimental character of the {i,w}faroese
packages.
