   * Recompile against libdb3.
   * Change postinst from /bin/sh to perl, to deal with Debconf snarfing
     stdin. Closes:#149815.
   * Added code to check for the web sevrer group, and do a chmod(1) and
     chgrp(1) on /var/run/libapache-mod-backhand to ensure it is read/writable
     by the Apache child processes. Otherwise you get the 'umbilical' message
     in error.log.
   * Updated Standards-Version to 3.5.7
