.
* Finished agent. It is now somewhat functional/usable, but there's
still quite a bit of polishing to do.
* Implemented IpAddress type.
* Changed API to allow 8-bit OCTET STRING strings. Now why didn't I
do that in the first place :P
* Implemented mib-2 system module partially.
* Completely rewrote Makefiles. Now uses central rule system and
configuration files.
* Wrote helper utility to convert ObjectID strings to numeric ones.
* New module interface for agent.
* Packaged mib-2 module.
* Changed copyright notices to reflect my new preferred email address.
