   * Fixed build process so that it does not build debug tools on PPC,
     but builds probe everywhere.  (Closes: Bug#150268)
   * Fixed init script so that it does nothing if pcmcia-cs is not
     installed.  (Closes: Bug#150421)
   * Fixed Debian network setup when hotplug is not compiled in the
     kernel.  (Closes: Bug#150461)
