* The "KSKs are evil and insecure, remember?" release.
* New CVS snapshot (build 468).
* Fix typo in template (closes: #145513).
* Added a new generic "start_opts" to /etc/default/freenet-unstable.
This variable can take a --chroot option, so it supersedes the
"chroot" variable, which is now deprecated (but supported in sarge).
Since the generic mechanism can take --nicelevel, this closes:
#145973.
* Update README.Debian accordingly.
* Added "condrestart" command to init script that acts like restart if
freenet is currently running, and does nothing otherwise.
* Use that in logrotate postrotate snippet due to popular demand
(closes: #146231). (That means people can no longer relying on the
side-effect of a crashed node being restarted automatically.)
* Rijndael was misspelled in freenet.conf, thanks Mark Carroll for
noticing.
* postinst will also try to fix this typo.
