   * New upstream release
   * Replace horde2-create-randompw with a shell-only version and remove
     the perl dependency
   * Rework the postrm script
   * Mark /etc/horde2/apache.conf as a conffile
   * Mark all /etc/horde2/*php as conffiles. Let the postinst manipulate
     only /etc/horde2/horde.conf by using debconf
   * Remove postinst generated /etc/horde2/horde.conf in prerm script
   * Move question about using imp authentication to the imp3 package
   * Include horde debian changelog for history documentation
