Description:
pybliographer - A tool for manipulating bibliographic databases.

Changes:
pybliographer (1.0.11-4) unstable; urgency=low
.
* Change call to configure to force the use of /usr/bin/python in
preference to any local version when building. (Closes: #139647)
* Modify build to unset DISPLAY while running configure, as the Gnome
Threads test seems to hang when building with pbuilder over ssh with
X11 forwarding.
* Remove obsolete recode version warning email.
