those files need to be *not* overridden on upgrades

+ Add missing links for some common MDAs
+ Remove links for removed MDAs
+ Don't touch other links in /etc/mail/smrsh/*

* with /var/spool/mqueue/* readable by smmsp, it doesn't need to
be sgid smmsp - drop a few sgid bits on directories, but this
isn't that big a deal

* Sigh, /usr/lib/sendmail is only deprecated - there *are* packages
using it ;(, I guess its back to /usr/lib/sm.bin for the nonce
