* Very minor source fix for compilation on hppa with GCC 3.0, deemed not
significant enough to warrant a whole new upstream version.

* Erase trafstats.conf and mail.conf when purging, no longer asking for

* Removed mutex locking around cond_wait and cond_broadcast as they cause
Bad Things to happen on smp machines.
* Spelling/grammar correction in debian/control closes: #125427
* Install trafstatsfuncs.sh to to datadir/trafstats/dbfuncs.sh
* Set all scripts to sh -e
* Fix wrong filename in postinst
* Removed ./configure from list of files to axe in distclean target; it will
from now on be included in the source.
* Fix syslog format warning in storage.cc
