* Fixed debian/rules set permissions on some executables.
* Debian/rules reads mirror version from debian/changelog with perl
and writes to mirror.pl patch with timestamp.
* Html docs in mirror/html to work-around dwww/menu bugs.
* Recursive=false stops example patch packages recursing local_dir.
