Not as such, however, the documentation in the package changelog is accurate. The problem is simply that all source files that call exit(3) need to #include <stdlib.h> for the function prototype. I think this a bit of sloppiness that old gcc's used to tolerate, but current ones don't. Sorry for the lack of warning. I'd have done a binary-only NMU but that's even more against the rules, and would have left you without a fresh .diff.gz with the fix to work from. -- G.
