Changes:
 tomcat (3.2.3-2) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * Add $TOMCAT_HOME/classes (not JARs in it!) to Tomcat's classpath: However,
     this directory is not created by the Debian package, you can use
     $TOMCAT_HOME/lib or even better the webapp's WEB-INF/{lib,classes} for
     adding classes. Closes: #108998
   * Depend on procps (closes: #108053)
   * Try JDK_DIRS from first to last directory and check /usr/lib/j2sdk1.3
     before /usr/lib/j2re1.3 (closes: #106419, #107312)
   * Don't overwrite JAVA_HOME if it is already set (closes: #104080)
   * Conflict with wwwoffle as it uses the same port (8081), Closes: #106880
   * Use debhelper V3, this marks /etc/default/tomcat as conffile
     (closes: #109131)
   * Added note to README.Debian how to filter port 8007 using ipchains
     (closes: #109151)
   * Don't fail in init script if rkill causes an error (closes: #106420)
   * libapache-mod-jk depens on apache now and does not accept apache-ssl
     as alternative. I use mod-ssl so I don't know how to configure a module
     for apache-ssl. If you want libapache-mod-jk to support apache-ssl please
     submit a patch to the BTS. (closes: #109914)
   * Add encoding parameter to jikes call in org.apache.jasper.compiler.
     JikesJavaCompiler and depend on jikes >= 1.14 (closes: #97543)
   * Compile the classes using Sun's javac instead of jikes (the latter one
     segfaults :-()
   * Removed user-emacs-settings from changelog
   * Move auto-generated mod_jk config from /etc/apache/mod_jk to
     /var/lib/tomcat/conf/ (closes: #101028)
   * Added comments to /etc/default/tomcat
