   * dwww works with wn again (closes: #26074).
   * dwww-build, dwww.cgi, dwww-text2html: do proper URL encoding.

   * Include /var/www/dwww symlink in the package as /var/www is a standard
     Debian `web document root' (closes: #9365).
   * The above mentioned symlink must be absolute (because /var/www can be
     a symlink itself), so override lintian complains about that.
