   * New upstream release
   * gcdb.php no longer the config file, gcdb-settings.php is used instead,
     updated scripts to reflect the change
   * Database format was changed, updated mysql-create.sql.in, and created
     mysql-update.sql.in for upgrading an existing database
   * No longer pre-depends on debconf, changed to a depends,
     closes: #87352
   * Debconf now parses /etc/gcdb/gcdb-settings.php for any changes the admin
     may have made, and updates itself
   * Added watch file (debian/watch)
   * Finished README.Debian which gives brief instructions on how to do a
     manual configure
   * Removed all echo lines from postinst
   * Other minor changes relating to gcdb-settings.php
