* even more improvements (amongst others, I changed "fixlinks.real $@ &;
rm /var/lock/fixlinks.lck" to "(fixlinks.real $@; rm
/var/lock/fixlinks.lck) &". Why didn't I see this in the first
place... This time I'm sure it works, 'cause I had the "amazing" idea
of testing things first ;-)
