   * Deleted code in mirror.pl which output year 1969 as 2069
     (Closes: #48611).
   * EPLF example /usr/share/doc/mirror/mkls-lR/packages/eplf added.
     Text on remote_fs=eplf added to mirror.html and mirror.txt.gz.
     mirror successfully downloaded directories and files from
     EPLF site ftp://cr.yp.to/ (Closes: #81620).
