* Updated to Policy 3.x, with debhelper.
* Implemented proper xaw-wrappers support,

* Changed the InfoDir variable to /usr/share/info, otherwise axinfo wasn't
able to read *any* info pages.
* Unconditionalized the gzipped file reading in Help/axinfo.c, to
remove need for passing -DDEBIAN. Also, removed other EXTRA_OPTIONS
as -Wall was ugly and pointless, and -O2 -g was already specified
in the Imakefiles by default.
* Cleaned up the source tree, and improved debian/rules clean rule.
