* If /usr/lib/postgresql/bin/can_i_run is linked to /bin/false, restore it
in the prerm script, so that postgresql will not start up automatically
on an upgrade. Closes: 67754
* Corrected logic error in /usr/lib/postgresql/bin/postgresql-startup, which
would not do a schema_dump on upgrade if /usr/lib/postgresql/bin/can_i_run
did not exist; in fact a schema_dump should occur whenever requested,
even if can_i_run returns false. This could cause a failure to do a
data dump when upgrading a package.
* Renamed libpgsql2 to libpgsql2.1 to make it easier for linking
packages to have the correct dependencies.
* initdb now creates a symbolic link for pg_options in $PGDATA.
