* Includes Hotfix_2000-12-08, which fixes an security problem with
constructor aliases.
* Removed Hotfix_2000-10-02, which is fixed in the upstream release.
* Include upstream fix to ZServer/HTTPServer.py. Fixes a longstanding
bug that allowed POST requests to interfere with each other.
