kdrill upload

I just uploaded the latest release of "kdrill", which I have taken over as
maintainer from Fabien Ninoles.

I tried to be "clever" and upload binaries for all architectures I had
access to: arm, sparc, i386, alpha.
 [the debian powerpc machine is listed as "down"]


Unfortunately, there is a small gotcha, in that there are thus multiple
 *.changes
files, which all reference a single cross-architecture package:

kanadic_5.10-1_all.deb

If this creates problems for the current maintainer/system, please let me
know of a better way to do this.
