* Remove readline support due to license incompatibility.
(Closes: #71005) Probably reopens #55392 (problems with non-vt100
terminals). Attempted to link against editline, but doing so results
in unresolved symbols.
* Corrollary: use ncftp2 if you need compatibility with esoteric
terminals, since it's GPL'd and does link against readline.
